For our summer project we chose a Minton vase from the Manchester City Gallery. The blue/turqoise and black is a striking combination that really caught my eye. I'm a big fan of foreign things, especially the oriental side of foreign, and this is nice a delicately oriental looking. Just looking at it there's lots of little ideas popping into my head for how i can redraw it and alter it. I think i will need to do lots and lots of drawings to get the best result though.
