Invoice feedback

I recently got a commission off a successful businessman in the family and decided to make the leap towards being more professional, so i made an invoice. It has my branding and address in the top right, the client and address on the left, then what work and been produced and the terms of use as the main body of text. I got most of the information i needed from a book in the library called 'How to be an Illustrator' which showed me what needed to go on the invoice. However, i wanted to show it someone in the industry to see how it measured up to the real thing. I emailed it to two agency's and one (KJA-artists) replied within about 2 minutes of me sending it with:

Hi Gabby,

Looks fine, the only thing you might want to add is payment terms, standard term is 30 days after date of invoice!

Well done with getting your first commission and enjoy the rest of your third year,

Best,

Helen

The Bright Agency (London) replied with:

Hello Gabby.

Well for your First invoice, It is looking great!
Well Done.

If there is anything else that we can help on please do give me us a shout.

Warm wishes
The Bright Team.

I have taken them up on their offer and sent them my pdf portfolio. Their agency seems very sweet and family-like, the majority of the artists are aimed more at childrens illustration which i realise isn't necessarily what i want to do right now but that could just be because i've had bad experiences with book covers in the past.
