I've been on a bit of a butterfly binge lately. There's just so many different types and they're all so beautiful. Here are just a few. The two on the right are actually moths. I always thought i knew the difference between a moth and a butterfly but it turns out it's not a clear cut as moths fly at night, butterlfies during the day. They are painted in watercolours which, i think, is a perfect medium as butterflies can have such a delicate manner and patterning. Though some are so vibrant they can only truelly be appreciated in person.
